You always have to be
Right.

You know more
Have seen more
Have done more

But I am the one who is
Right.

Nothing is clean unless
It’s done by you.
No matter if I think
It looks fine.

You can’t stand noise
You need free time

And going out is
A rare occurrence.
We don’t have the money
We don’t have the time
You don’t have the clothes
Work is calling…

You have to eat jalepenos
On everything
But then complain
That it’s killing your
stomach.

Luckily for you…
… and luckily for me
You make me laugh
Even when I don’t want to.

You hold me
And let me cry.

You love affection
Now so do I.

Your love is unconditional
To me
To our children
And to our life.

Your strength
Surpasses all.
And you constantly
Amaze me.

If it weren’t for you
Who would I
complain about?
Who would I
love forever?
