gazing

marveling each other's perfection.

footsteps

caught?

trouble?
panic!
us, frozen
movements in the grass
more footsteps
pounding hearts
rustling outside our wall.
our heads in unison
rising rising rising to
the top of the grass wall, then we see,
him.
brown eyes,
brown coat,
a resident of this place
hasn't seen us
yet.
hasn't noticed us
yet.
slowly we disappear inside
our wall
shrinking down, down.
he walks away,
just a deer.
relief.
smiling lips
both grin at our unspoken
sensed
thoughts.
lightly we touch faces
a noiseless kiss.
tickle giggle tickle
crashing in the grass
our brown eyed beauty bolts away
a whisper
a smile
a locked look
us.
wide eyes
longing looks
you unfasten a single
button
a smile
sly smiling eyes
approving, permitting, wanting
another button
another silent yes.
nimble fingers
button
button
buttons
finally open
breeze flapping
coolness where
once was warmth
refreshes.
waist
hands
explore skin
warm skin cooling in the breeze.
we fall to the flannel
cotton
shirt up over head
flannel feeling skin
smiling at you,
smiling at me.
lacy elastic falls to the flannel
as our backs press the flannel into the grass,
eyes watch the sunny blue sky
we lie together, silent thoughts exchanged.
us love,
us in love,
us being love.
fingertips touch
heads turn
kisses stolen.
skin touches skin warms skin
turning into each other warming
each other
fingertips find soft skin
palms stroke soft skin
stroking
sensitive skin
electric skin
smiling
looking kissing
stroking
squeezing
us loving
each other
warmth between us
thoughts, love thoughts pass between
us.
