Truth's Beauty

Truth’s Beauty

In the splendid garb of beauty
Truth lives eternal and empowered.
Shining in the shade of Nature
How well clad truth is!

What is truth? A question
That teased us long
Is still a teaser
For, truth comes in many a guise.

It is that which delights us
In people and places.
In simplicity and naturalness
It glows.

It is there in the boundless
Skies of breath taking hues.
It is there in the earth’s patience
In its scarred radiance.

Truth never does alter.
A unique weapon it is
Demolishes falsities,
Prejudice and egocentricities.

It is there in a spontaneous smile
In meaningful temper and heartfelt sorrow.
It dwells in the heart and soul of a devotee
Who alone ‘sees’ life, a truth-like untruth.
