Nihongo (Japanese) Haiku
Just a little haiku that I wrote in Japanese, then translated (back) into English.

Avg Rating: (4)
I know that the English version doesn't exactly fit the correct Haiku pattern (5-7-5), but as with most direct translations, the syallables (and sometimes grammer) don't always match.

Japanese:
aka hana wa
shinsetsu choocho
o tetsudaimasu

Direct English version:
red flower
kind butterfly
helps

Paraphrased English version:
the scarlet flower
How the kindly butterfly
it willingly helps
