Starless nights, darker shadows,
the sky gets lost in a deeper spot
only when the first light glows
the vibrant colors in sky pulsate.

Moonless nights-one each month
like glorious nights of full moon,
it’s nature’s way to teach the truth
that life’s full of ups and downs.

Starless nights or moonless sky
they only last for a short while
the light be welcomed that’s why
just like a pain ends with a smile.

If you could see the real me
You won’t behave like this
Or won’t dare to abuse me
just an act with hug or kiss.

You want me to be mute
Not utter a word against
you, so that you look cute
but I’m not going to last.

I waited all my life to open
your eyes, but got nowhere;
so decided to start on my own
away from you, well anywhere.
