Persian:  Baburd az mun qaraar o taaqat o hoosh
              But e sangeen dil o seemeen bunagoosh
Urdu:      Gaya lay ker qaraar o taaqat o housh
              But e sangeen dil o seemeen bunagoush

English:=== Oh, how she took my peace, my reason
                  The one so heartless, so full of treason
                                                -

Persian:  Nigaaray chabukay shookhay pariwash
              Hareef e mehwashay Turk e qabapoosh
Urdu:      Nigaar e chabuk o shoukh e pariwash
              Habib e mehwash o Turk e qabapoush

English:=== She is so wanton, so vain, so saucy
                  So grand, so high, so proud, so bossy
                                                -

Persian:  Zay taab e aatish e sooda e ishqash
              Basaan e deeg daim meezanam joosh
Urdu:      Ba taab e aatish e souda e ulfat
              Ba misl e daeg daim dil maen hay joush

English:=== I feel in my soul a burning desire
                  Oh, how she has set my heart on fire
                                                -

Persian:  Agar booseeda gardad istakhhanam
              Nagardad mehrash az jaanam faramoosh
Urdu:      Hui haen haddian bouseeda maeri
              Karay laikin na dil us ko faramoush

Persian:  Dawa e to, dawa e tust HAFIZ
              Lab e nooshash, lab e nooshash, lab e noosh
Urdu:      Dawa taeri, dawa taeri hay HAFIZ
              Lab e naushash, lab e noushash, lab e naush
