Together
If I were on this planet, and you another, we would end our day in the same way, and you would make dinner and set the table for the children and ask about their day. And I would lie awake at night wishing I could leave tomorrow where it belongs. And you would wake and come downstairs as would I, and we would both go outside— and when we looked up into the night— we’d gaze upon the same star.
