Dreams don’t die, but sometimes sleep,
Still through our consciousness they seep. They shape our lives throughout each day, In all we do, both work and play. They keep us strong when times are tough. Help us believe we’re good enough, To face the trials that blight our lives, And keep us reaching for the skies. When life is hard dreams still remain. They help to soothe our aches and pain, And lift us high when we are low, Showing us which way to go. If things don’t always turn out right, Remember each and every night, To look inside and dig down deep, As dreams don’t die, but sometimes sleep. Written for the colouring the world contest - Prompt: Dreams Don't Die
