She was a tiger.

He was a jungle boy.

Their love was a galaxy of light contained within a coconut shell.

But it was also a galaxy of pain.

Or was it a parallel universe altogether?

...

For her, it was another dimension. She was the evil one in the Mirror. But there was no subject from which she reflected.

"Come here, my sweet," the Reflection coaxed.

And the Jungle Boy bowed to her will, ignorant of the multidimensionality of the space-time continuum. To him, she was the Tiger Lady, his Milky Way.

She stroked his cheek like Death soothes a soul, before she plunged into his heart the dagger not so much unlike a sapling branch frozen in the dead of winter.

And the Jungle Boy exploded in an abundance of light, forming a galaxy of his very own.
