Winter

Winters children, cold and clear.
Eyes of ice, lips of fire, hearts knowing
Each others desire.

Winter lovers, fire and ice.
Their passion, their, love, for which
They are willing to pay the price.

Her beauty is as ice
Cold, clear, perfect.
Ware you desire, mortal
Lest you invoke his wrath
For jealous is he, and rightly so.
His touch, death to all,
Save one.

Ware your desire, mortal
Lest you be undone.

I stare at her, uncomprehending.
Why can she not see that with her, I am whole, happy?
Seeing her in pain, agony that I am the cause of,
Breaks my heart, over and over, my souls weeps for her.

No.
I will not let this happen.
I will shatter the glass prison that blinds her, hurts her.
I will destroy that spectre, all of those who have come before me.
I will kiss her hurts, soothe her pain, love her worry away.

She will be happy again.

Oceans will not stop me. Mountains will know my wrath, and tremble, for
impeding my desire.
I want her. I shall have her.
Nothing will stop me from having her

When you cannot speak your heart to her,
This hurts her true,
And makes of you a monster.

When you hurt her,
Death is too kind for you.
No feelings of guilt, no self-flagellation ,
Can atone for what you make her feel.

You claim she is your heart,
And if so, when you hurt her, you hurt yourself,
And without her, you are as good as dead.

You fool.
