Turmoil of the mind
He says he really loves you, and you wonder if it's true. For the way he sometimes treats you, leaves you feeling, oh so blue. You wonder what had happened, what you did, or said so wrong. You wonder should you leave him, You've been friends ever so long. You know you will forgive him, and forget his little faults, But why should you put up with his bad temper and his taunts. You know you love him dearly, and you always try to hide feelings of uncertainty that are building up inside. Instead of feeling angry and frustrated through your tears. You dry your eyes and then smile, as you think of happier years. You know there will be good times, when your love will shine once more, to take away the sorrow and pain that went before.
