Beginning: Everything up until she starts to drive towards the deliveries.

Middle: While she drives, up to the point where she steps on the window screen.

End: From stepping on the window screen to the end.

Exposition: This is found during the beginning and middle where it won’t slow down the action of the end.

Rising Action: The varied attempts that she has tried to gain peace, escalating to the threatened suicide

Climax: The toddler falling out of the window.

Resolution: Seeing the cross, hearing the toddler’s name, understanding the message and gaining peace.
