"I'd rather be a hammer than a nail.
Yes I would. I truely, truely would."

"Dad can I go lie with the luggage?" the boy is tired of his sisters'
singing. Dad bellows over his shoulder, "I need to stretch." The
station waggon swings into the Paragon Park parking lot. "let's
get on a roler coaster!" Sister Pugnatious squeels. "Everyone
to the bathrooms." mom is serious. "Look! I want to go down the
giant slide!" Sister Slam is jumping with excitement. "Everyone to the
bathrooms... Now." mom must be obeyed.

"I want some fried shrimp." the boy is eating cotton candy.
"Don't you want to go on a ride?" dad walks beside his son.
"Hmmm. 'The tunnel of horrah.'" the boy looks up at his dad with
a big smile. "Horror." dad corrects him. The boy and his dad sit in
log canoe, pulled along a track. The water is flowing quickly
      beneath the canoe.

There is a teenage couple ahead of them in another canoe. They
are necking. Dad points to the pirate's skelton rising out of the
water. "He just took the girls' bra off." the boy whispers to his dad. ..
The girls blouse is open. Dad changes his reading glasses.
"Look a shark." dad exclaims and points.

The canoes rise up the ramp. The girl has placed her head her date's
lap. The boy points to the bobbing girl. Dad looks very uncomfortable,
"Were almost at the top! Hang on!" The canoes slide down with a
splash into the pool below. They are all soaked, but the girl has
      quickly buttoned her blouse.

"That was a fun!" the boy jumps with excitement. Dad smiles.
"Everyone to the car!" mom must be obeyed. "Fried shrimp!" the
      boy shouts.

"I'd rather be a hammer than a nail.
Yes I would. I truely, truely would."

      The sisters are singing again.
