Death within life is to cast a spell
caught in a trap searching for a rat envious of a crow lying in the road, searching the sky to see the witch slaying me softly for a stew to brew in my dreams falling dying asleep, twisted on a dagger dripping blood the demon lips dancing in delight for a bite in the firelight frying me, in a cauldron bubbling the stew to see how wicked a witch can be when spells are dizzy allusions, lost and lonely in a nightmare searching for a crow and a rat to skin and stir into the stew.
