BMLY #1 - Being rejected
My first part of "Being Me, Loving You" short poem series.Comments are welcomed.

BEING REJECTED

One day, she bluntly said, " I did love you."
But she hid the part that said, "... and still, forever."

Being surprised by her confession, he simply answered, "Thanks."
But he hid his words that said, "... sorry, I have never loved you."

And that day, she was simply, rejected.

I'm not really sure if this kind of writing is categorized as poetry since it doesn't have specific form.
