Cards and Queens
A poem about how I once chose poker over friendship and how i'm trying to change

Lucky at cards
Unlucky in love
Hopefully glorious
Happily hideous
Help me be opposite
Thats what I choose
To have you, I'd be happy to lose

Broken demented
Shot down and shattered
Shut down and shafted
Sad and alone
No one to love
No friends to phone
There's no sense in being a champion drone
