Twelve Days of School Board Gifts
A "song of appreciation" for the Martin County School District circa 1999.

Note: To save space, I just have the final verse posted. Since this is clearly a parody of "The Twelve Days of Christmas", I figured it would get redundant after a while. One of these days, I'll cover this set in "A Soul Adrift [13+], because the story behind it is weirdly sad and funny at the same time.

On the twelfth day of Christmas, the school board gave to me

12 horrid lunches
11 ASDs
10 stuck up classmates
9 reasons to stay home
8 boring classes
7 years of homework
6 f&$í up schedules
5 days of hell
4 late buses
3 cranky teachers
2 leaking roofs
and a poisoned water supply
