Dissolve

She lies naked on her back
Palms pressed down against the parched, cracked earth
Fantasies filled with magical creatures dance in her foggy head
She stares up at the sky and it smiles back
The sin bleeding down upon her cold body
She will lie here forever
Until she dissolves
Fertilizing the broken soil with her presence
Dying
She is not afraid.
