When you first arrived, the emotion inside
was filling my heart full of joy.
You gave me such pleasure, a bundle of treasure
I always would greatly enjoy.

From a child you'd refine to a woman who'd shine
filling my spirit with pride.
From baby to girl, my diamond my pearl;
sparkling from daughter to bride.
         
Affection from you, and nice cuddles too
most every day of the year.
Growing and glowing, love openly showing.
A feeling of warmth when you're near.

I'll take second place and give you your space
