two teardrops, one from each eye
falling, they waved good-bye. One went left, the other right. Soon they were out of sight. The left teardrop fell into despair ‘cause you said, “You didn’t care". It lived in the gutter until it found the sea all because you said, “You didn’t love me”. The right teardrop fell into delight, from kisses in the moonlight. This tear flowed as my love showed I asked, you agreed, we both glowed. Two teardrops, one from each eye, it is only rumored that men don’t cry. I cried, once from a severely broken heart, I cried, when we made that brand new start.
