What does it mean to be healthy?  Good health is expressed inside and out.
An image of a healthy person usually shows a lean body, rosy or pink complexion, white teeth, shining hair, sparkling eyes, and a smiling face.
Why ? Because good health really shows on the outside.

The standard of beauty is being tied with health. Good health also means a
good disposition. A healthy person is a happy person. A person is a healthy
person when he tends to view life with optimism, adaptable, can cope with
stress, responds positively to challenges,  and has a good sense of  humor.

We develop good health through proper nourishment of our bodies and our
minds. What we eat contributes to health. What we also think makes a great difference that leads to a healthy life.  Start your day with a healthy breakfast
to gain energy for the rest of the day.  Aside from healthy food intake that we
learned from day to day living, here are some useful tips to gain health :

1.  SMILE
    With a smile, we project health, vitality, beauty and charm. So keep
    smiling.

2.  SING
    Singing drives the troubles away. If you cannot sing, hum a tune. It is a
    way of a bright and lovely beginning of the day.

3.  LAUGH
    Do not forget the saying, "Laugh and the world laughs with you, cry and
    you cry alone." One more ! "Laughter is the best medicine."
    Laughter surely works !

4.  DANCE/EXCERCISE
    This keeps the body fit and trim. You cannot dance ? Stretch your arms ,
    kick your legs, sway your body,  clap your hands. Move, walk !

5.  GIVE THANKS
    A grateful heart is a blissful heart. Give thanks to God for everything.

6.  WATER POWER
    Drink plenty of them. Not only the regular 8 glasses a day, but more and
    more.
    Water balances the pressure, acidity and the chemical composition of the
    body. Try a water therapy for the ailments of the day, and tomorrow will
    surely be a great day.

7.  REACH OUT
    Say hello and smile to everyone. Talk to a child. Listen to the chirping birds.
    Touch a leaf. Smell a flower. Reach out and offer your hand for any service
    you can freely give, like offering a seat to the disabled, helping an elderly
    crossing the street, and many more that makes your day complete.


Yes, treasuring our health truly rakes in wealth. Treat it like a precious gold
because by doing so you will be shining through and it surely makes you
glow .
