A bunny hops through the freshly fallen snow. The air smells of crisp winter freshness and of a woodstove. The sound of a hunter's gun startles the small rabbit and it darts off. The forest floor is silent, a clump of downy white snow falls off a pine tree and lands with a delicate "thud."
