In the remnants
Of a jaded past
There resides a longing still
A loneliness inherent,
That stays fast

In it the leaves stay frozen
The heart always lost
Around it the wind whips
Tinges your lips
With bitter frost

The road only winds though
For the ache of another
A unity...
A taste of the lover
