'Till Then
Distance is irrelevant, but restricting in love's case

Your attraction to me is elusive
As the astounding distance we remain
'Till the day we finally meet,
Might you think of me the same?

'Till that time I count the hours
When we may sit and speak
Even when the years grow sour
Your beauty I will seek

When life pushes down
When I am blinded by lies,
Your honesty will be my solace
Moving the veil from my eyes

(And) Perhaps that day we'll feel the burn
Of our passion's flame
Maybe it will be my turn
To finally see your little dame

'Till that day
I'll ponder and watch
Waiting for beauty not to compare
'Till that hour
I'll wait for our time
To truly taste love's air
