Dear Gang,

first of all, please forgive my lack of capitalization, but on top of my elbow injury, my wrist is severely sprained.


we've got tons of things going on, so i'll dive right in with them:

hooray ...  our alumni poetry contest is back up and currently looking for you to get off your duff and write a poem.  many thanks to blainecindy for dusting out the cobwebs.  Don't make me sic Ken on you!

this has been another amazing class, displaying so much creativity and thoughtfulness in all of their work.  I encourage all Alumni to support their fine efforts by dropping by the "PDG Advanced Class"  to give them some reviews of their challenges.  The Past Challenge's page will give you access to all of the challenges.


we are currently accepting prize packages in "The Paper Doll Gang Graduation Party" , and don't forget to leave a post for the newbies in the Newbie Novelties, it is right on the grad page, so you can't miss it.


every month, i would spend a big chunk of our gps on purchasing gift items from other groups for deserving pdg members.  i'd like to thank mystic and jimminy for suggesting we make our own forum for this.  this is still in its infancy stage, but you can see it here:

this new group will be open to all of wdc to join.  it will be an awesome way for us to earn gps for our gang, so if you ever want to reward someone, please consider buying one of our gift packs.   even if you do reviews here, you should continue to affiliate them to our pdg reviewer's group. this will keep us hiigh up on the public review page.  you will be considered for prizes here, as long as you wear a rockin review sig, and phoenix will credit them to your regular reviews as well.  all future newbies will be required to do their four weekly reviews from here.  we plan on opening this around oct 1st. thanks in advance for supporting this new venture, and thank you to Ghostranch for hosting it, and to those who volunteered to help:  Bird♥:) ,Wordgoddess back from the dead & Bikerider .  A very special thank you to saraiv for the beautiful banner & review sigs! ~


i'd like you all to give ShellySunshine a big round of applause for all of her hard work, throughout many newbie classes, over in our "PDG Short Story Workshop" .  though we are sad to see michelle step down, i'd like to let her know how proud we all are for her pursuing her educational dreams.  thank you to jimminy & Bird♥:) for taking over the forum in august.  our very own Rogue♥SimplyPos+WDC will be the new host, with jr. leaders, saraiv & Wordgoddess back from the dead assisting Maggie.  They are planning some exciting new changes for this forum, so be sure and check it out in oct.


thank you PLScholl2 (A.K.A. Pepper) & Morgan Adam Internet Problems! for bringing the new students up to speed over in our "PDG Beginner Class" .  We like to sign up about six more newbies, so if you know of a newbie who'd be a good match for our project, please send them our application, which is listed in the new class forum.
