Love that never was
for love kisses away the pain,
does not replace a smile with a frown.
The fun-filled eyes turned hollow,
the lovely face now skinny,
soft lips peeling away
and once-set hair now unruly.
Ohh..and you call this love?
I call it self-Destruction!
Wake up my friend,
see the truth
I know love is blind
But I plead you to see...
See what is going on
and mend your ways.
It's not too late,
you can go back
and start anew.
Just have faith
and get that blind Off your eyes.
For you've got to see,
this is no love, my dear.
Pull back your steps
as Hell is near..
