Candles Without A Flame
A poem about changes that I need to make....

Candles without a flame-
How have I ended up being here?
Away from all that I care for,
Never to have a place to call home.
Grieving can only take one so far.
Easing into this uncomfortable
Situation has become too easy.
Candles without a flame-
How did I let this happen?
Angry thoughts lead me,
Negative mentality close behind.
Grieving can only take one so far,
Evolving is all I can hope for,
Simple changes only I can make.
