Forever Changed
The loss of my son is a searing pain, too great for my heart to bear; rivers of grief spill down my cheeks. I gaze upon the days ahead and wonder what I'll do with all the empty spaces. My life made a screeching turn, leaving me with choices I never wanted to make and loneliness I loathe. Nothing will ever be the same. My life is forever changed. Pat Nelson January 20, 2009 **Dedicated to my sister, Mary Ann, who lost her husband in May, and her son in January. also see "She Is A Rock"
