Welcome the New President of America

20th January ,2009 witnessed a historical event,the inauguration of the 44th President of United States;Barack Hussein Obama.He made a tryst with history as the first black president of America.

    Tears rolled down the cheeks of tens of thousands as they flocked together at Capitol Hill in Washington to welcome their new President.

      For not only a nation racked by recession,exhausted with war and hungry for change; but also the whole world,Obama brings a new message of hope.He is the New Messiah to people all over the world.

      As a citizen of India ,I watched on the television as President Obama danced the night away with the First Lady,Michelle Obama at the inauguration ceremony.

      The World anticipates in hope the changes that he has promised.Everyone wishes that he will not repeat the same mistakes committed by his predecessor Bush.Bush had accelerated economic slowdown and had done a lot of wrong things like the Iraq war.

      All the forces of the world are not as powerful as an idea in apt time,said Victor Hugo in his paean to the French Revolution.Obama's power of ideas has impacted upon the teeming millions. We all look forward to the changes promised by the Democratic government.Obama has vowed to resolve the problem of unemployment and many more.Let us welcome Obama and hope for better days to come.
