Awaken to each fresh unblemished day
and draw its light into your broken heart.
Then still your thoughts and open wide your mind.
Imagine, I'm in all that you will see.
When sunbeams wink between the dancing leaves
I am the light that falls upon your face.
When breezes through the willows, softly sing
it is my song that soothes your trembling core.

I am the sparkle in the drop of dew
that's found upon the first spring flower's leaf.
and I'm the twinkle in all smiling eyes,
that reach to comfort you in times of need.
Look up some night and catch me peeking down
from pinholes in the black scarf of the night.
Don't worry that forever I am gone —
for in your heart is where I'll always be.
