Some things happen for a reason, and we may not know why, or even how they happened, but they did, and it's not always good.  We've all suffered through something that has hurt, mentally or physically, and it's definitley not fun.  It could be death, disease, relationships, the list goes on and on.  I too have suffered quite a share, and sometimes it leads to depression, anger, and lonliness, but somehow, I've always made it through the dark tunnel of what feels like no return.  I think what we all need to remember is that even when you're stuck in that tunnel, you should try to leave all of those dark feelings behind, and even though the pain won't be completely gone, you should try to live life as though the problem had never happened.

There are some ways I have discovered to get out of my own tunnel.  they were not easy, and definitley took a lot of power, but now I'm happy, and ready to take on the world.  One thing I've learned is that sometimes talking to a friend, or someone you trust.  Sometimes their advice can be the most helpful, and the most important.  Why would you take advice from someone who can't even solve thier own problems.

Another thing I've done is let things take it's course.  Sometimes, you can't solve something automatically, you have to let them just blow over.  Things will definitley blow over. You shouldm't worry so much about the small things, that's only going to break you later.

That's really all I have to say.  I don't know if it's much help, but I think it'll help someone.  I feel better now, and I hope that someone else will too.
