Dear me,
Life just hasn’t been the ride you thought it was going to be and there have been many pot holes while on this journey, but as with all things, you don’t get anything without some type of hardship. But, this is a new year, 2009, to be exact which means an opportunity to achieve unfulfilled goals. First, you have set a few goals for yourself and I’m proud of you for that, because this year you seem to be really on your game. By the end of this year, you’ve said that you want to do the following: 1. Become a Preferred Author on Writing.com, though this is a dream that you would love to see come true, the road to getting there is not an easy one, but stay true to your path and you will succeed. 2. Bring in more people to WDC so that you have a wide array of interesting things to read. It’s not going to be easy, but throw those ideas you’ve been thinking about into action and you can’t lose. 3. Finish that short story you’ve been working on. Now everyone gets stuck on something they’re writing, and that is widely known as Writer’s block. Just push forth and you’ll get the job done. 4. Focus more on yourself, than on the problems of others. You’ve taken yourself off your “To Do List” and now it’s time to put yourself back on. 5. Get your group “The WDC Wolf pack” off the ground. 6. Stay consistent with your blogging. There are so many things that you want to do this year, and the most important thing for you to do is to focus on what to do first I think that will be the biggest challenge of them all. Now as for things away from WDC: I. Find that special perfume your mom loves, and surprise her with it on her birthday. II. Take that trip to California and say goodbye to the cold of Michigan. III. Try to get your restaurant business off the ground. You’re a great cook, it’s time to let the world know about it. IV. Finish your website for your group that will hopefully be able to co-exist with WDC to help draw in more people. V. Last and certainly not least, go fishing; let nothing get in your way this time. This is a year of change and growth. When you read this in the next coming year, I expect you to have at least six to seven of the above accomplished. Take care and good luck, Chris
