Will You Ever Answer Me?

I'm humbly on my knees,
I need you now more than ever,
For your help I face the killer freeze,
I know you will be there forever.
No answer

I crouch in your house now,
I hear you answer in your own way,
So I plead and bow,
But please help on a useful day.
No answer

If you're there answer me,
This is the final straw,
This is chance number three,
I followed your word like law.
No answer

I went to see one of your bastions today,
He said the world is your ward,
What do you say?
Will you ever answer me, Lord?
No answer

I have given up now,
I have found new ways for help,
New ways for answers,
I have taken a new vow,
I won’t be like a sick dog and yelp,
My old belief was a cancer.
