TO MY VALENTINE’S DAY MAN

Best friends we were, since time began
Even sharing a joke or a tear.

Many years have passed, now you’re my man
You showed me there’s nothing to fear.

Velvet is your touch, when you hold my hand.
Angelic is your heavenly smile.
Loyal to your friends we all understand.
Eager to try anything worthwhile.
Noble in heart my chivalrous prince.
Thoughtful to what my heart says.
Incredible in ways your don’t have to convince.
Note-worthy but modest to praise.
Each Valentine’s Day I’ll remember my beau
Since he made a vow that set my heart aglow.

DAY!
