So soft and slightly firm
A breath and slightly longer My lips parted so slightly Chaste and yet loving I may have sighed If not I meant to I may have wobbled slightly Or I felt that I had. You paused just having lifted Your lips from mine You would have returned Had I not glanced away shyly I wish you had. Now every day in every way I can I steal a kiss from you. I find I cannot forgive you For pecks that do not satisfy But when you savour I am alight with expectation But I fear no kiss you can give me now Will be as that one. But I can and will never fault you For trying over and over.
