Heartbreak, betrayal from lies

You were more than I bargained for,
Love pushed through and opened closed doors,
Revealing only to you my inner sacred core.

A devour and drain took place,
You invaded into my solo space.
Etched forever across my hearts face.

Heavy anchor plunged deep into my soul,
Sinking me down into dark places unknown.
You left me there to drown alone.

Breaking my spirit I touched your insanity,
Paralyzed and confused by twisted humanity
Keeping me a secret hiding your vanity.

Without honor dressed in red I stand,
Unable to settle in any new land
Belief in your lies has tied my hands

Judge me not for my fall was innocent
My tears have left stains with their descend
Not a single promise you made kept in our end.
