On this sacred Emerald Isle,
Where the rainbow kisses the sky, A little leprechaun sings a song, With the lyrics ‘come dance with I’. He jigs around a pot o’ gold, With a Guinness in his hand, Shakes his head, taps his feet, And up starts the band! With a shamrock in his hat, And a fiddle under chin, The old Irish celebrations, They can truly begin. St Patrick’s Day is here again, The parade is passing through, But never forget this my friend, The leprechauns are watching you!
