We endeavor to help our students grow in the craft of writing and guide them toward their personal path of success. Registration for the Winter term opens early December, 2009 Fall Term begins in early January, 2009 and ends in March, 2009  New Horizions Writing Academy's Catalog has fewer course selections available for the upcoming term. Several of our Instructors requested a leave of absence for personal reasons. We appreciate the time and commitment our staff has donated to the Academy and their students. [Offline / Private]"){kind=icon} and Sariah-New Horizons Admin Together they envisioned a learning environment for all writers and every skill level. They created an atmosphere representative of the patience and instruction offered to them by other members on WDC. Unfortunately, Mr. Bishop had to step down as head of the Academy due to health issues. But the Academy continues on. Mr. Bishop still checks in when he can offering advice and support in our continuing quest to help others improve their writing skills. The Unicorn is our academy logo. It serves as a reminder to our students they are truly special and have enrolled in a one of a kind writing academy. If you would like to learn more about the various aspects of writing and strengthen your skills in the craft, please consider joining us. Our knowledgable instructors are eager to share their expertise in the craft, and are looking forward to learning from you as well. Most of our classes are designed for the college level student. We believe the cost of tuition is commensurate with the quality of the course materials and the Instructor's experience provided in each course. ~~  ~~  ~~  ~~  ~~  ~~  The tuition fee is 2000 gift points per course We have scholarships available for those in need of Gift Points to cover the tuition costs.
