Fading Glory
Answering my own Ordinary Things prompt: What does a snowy winter sunset look like?

When light of day goes waning in the west,
It saves until the last its very best.
While down upon the ground, a painful sight
As light rebounds at least ten times as bright

Reflecting from a million glassy shards,
The light jumps up and then eyesight retards.
While rising shine bedazzles, I see spots.
The fading glow resigns as daylight rots.
