I have discovered, as it has been said about my work, I don't overdo adjectives and adverbs. I do know when I go to edit items in my port, I will more attuned to look and see how many times I have added them for lack of another word. Wen I review, I have already noticed how many writers overuse them.
I agree and disagree. Adverbs and adjectives can be a used a little in a piece, especially a short one. However, the more concrete words you use make the piece stronger, give it depth. I read something with a bunch of ly's in it I would be looking for more from the piece. Make sense?
