One small thing can have a lot of power.

The Power of One

One flickering candle
Standing alone in the night,
Like David against Goliath
Bravely it battles,
To hold back the darkness.

One caring smile,
A small thing, costing nothing,
Given to that passing stranger
Will lighten the saddest day
And help hold back the darkness.
