M is for Mischief is the book she read,
Each night to me as I went to bed. I will always remember the things she said. Neil Diamond and pretty lip gloss, Books and poems and the friends she brought. I watched her and listened and learned from her too, The love for words that in my heart grew A style unique that was all her own. It’s hard to believe we have all grown! Thank you sister for the things you’ve said, For all those times you put me to bed. You made me feel safe and loved, it’s true No one else has a sister as wonderful as you! Thank you, my sister, Thank you my friend, For a long lasting love that will never end.
