Look yonder my children, an empty cross
It’s a reminder for those who become lost To bear witness of that day Jesus died to take our sins away The body of Christ is the offering of bread The crimson wine we drink is the blood He bled To rid us from sin We take His love within His offering of the ultimate sacrifice For there are no man Giveth of Himself was Jesus Christ Bathe in His blood to wash away sin Sheer of pain…shed of tears Anointing of holy water upon men The body of Christ is the offering of bread The crimson wine we drink is the blood He bled To rid us from sin We take His love within A merciful God full of grace Rid of hate in order to rid our fate Gone ahead to prepare an eternal place Darkness blinds…a devilish weight God’s word should not be used in vain Sing praises to our Lord God’s name The body of Christ is the offering of bread The crimson wine we drink is the blood He bled To rid us from sin We take His love within Weep no more my children Time will tell When He comes again This is written, so than it shall The body of Christ is the offering of bread The crimson wine we drink is the blood He bled To rid us from sin We take His love within
