Moment in Time
A humorous poem as I see how time itself may visit different aspects of its family.

Tomorrow
Never comes.
This moment
Will not surrender.

The now
Cannot keep yesterday.
Those things old
Were considered.

The past
Yesterday it is still called.
Not allowed
To meet the present.

They themselves
Unknowledgeable
Of the others
Existence.

Still
Neither has a tomorrow.

While the future patiently waits
For today
And the day before.

Their chance greeting
Dissipates
Mirrors of delusion.

For tomorrow
Is not allowed to go back.
A greeting
Contrast with the present.

Yesterday
Long ago
That moment elapsed.
Trying to catch
And run ahead
But will never pass this second.

Yesterday
Did speak with a moment in time
Allowing the now.

Pass all there is
Entering a future yet created
Are dreamless voids
Timeless nightmares
Intangible visions
Where tomorrow exists not.

Tomorrow does have a secret.
The future it knew
Before yesterday and today.

Because tomorrow
Is always after now
So It's aware of their existence.

And things
To come...
