Winter Blossom
** #1544392 Not An Image ** Cold light sifts through gossamer air. Cupped within nature's glowing hands, bathed in shades of argent color, gentle prayers for tomorrow float in the quiet perfumed stillness. Ignoring the harshness that breathes at their door, instinct replaces thought as tiny florets seek dreams of candent possibilities. I find strength in blossoming hope as my heart waits for Spring's warm touch. Notes An entry for Day 1, "Rhythm & Rhyme Poetry Challenge" Prompt: Image Form: Blank Verse Meter: iambic tetrameter argent – silvery white candent – glowing with heat Thank you for taking time to read my words. I would appreciate it if you took a moment and left a comment. Your reaction, impressions, criticisms, - yes, even praise Ken
