Nature and friendship at times are similar.

Trees abound with blossoming beauty,
bringing to mind our precious friendship.
Flowers delicate and yet show strength,
much like you, the one close to my heart.

Falling petals are snowflakes of spring,
Each different, but one with nature.
A mirror of your thoughts on being,
unique but striving for good in all.

Dainty buds inspire my tired soul.
Like you, they flourish, giving me faith.
God’s goodness, gifts, and grace shining,
embracing my mind, body, and soul.

The purity clears my blurry eyes,
viewing the world’s possibilities.
A flower, a friend - treasures I’ve found.
My heart, once closed, now opened anew.
