You came in during the dark of night,
You saw me, but kept yourself out of sight.
You took it upon yourself to do me a favor,
When I woke up, a present did I savor.
I wanted to thank you, but you weren’t there,
I sat thinking, and an idea floated into the air.
So I wrote you this poem that is true
And now all that is left, is for me to thank you.
