TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!
Just once in my frantic life, I would like to see a predictable pattern, just once in a while, to know when to put my finger in the dyke, to know when I must duck and take cover to avoid being slapped-up-side-the-head by some new crisis that I was not much aware of having signed up for; would not even know to miss. Once in a blue moon, I remind my fate, I will be granted that most blissful state of knowing what's coming before it's too late; of seeing what's flying at a high rate of speed, before it knocks me off my feet, sending me spinning around on my butt, and feeling dumb, my face red like a beet. But all of this sounds boring, like a rut,, where life's advemtures aren't a real surprise, and too good to be true, I realize.
