I live in a world where all the lights are colored blue,
away from the haste, where time is never an issue. My feet swim in fields of green with the sun's breath; I dance along bridges, never fearing my own death. I can sleep in a slumber through an African storm and awake to the sky's luminous painting taking form. I catch falling stars and wear them for my crown while my ears record every harmonious sound. I take to the skies, made of silver and gold; It's the perfect warmth; it never gets hot, it never gets cold. I'll stay here, where my smiles always seem to hold, keeping my memories safe because I'll never grow old.
