The Cat and the Mouse

Let me tell you story,
a good one at that,
about little mouse,
and a wily ole cat.

la la le la la la,
la la le la la lo

Out of his hole,
the mouse peeked out,
not knowing the cat,
had began to scout!

la la le la la la,
la la le la la lo

The only thought that
crossed the cat's mind,
"I'm going to eat, and be well dined!"

ha ha he ha ha ha,
ha ha he ha ha ho

CRASH! BANG!
The chase began to transcend,
with neither the mouse,
or the cat knowing how it will end.

da da de da da da,
da da de da da do

What would you do
if you were the mouse?
"I run for my life, as I'm
chased around the house!"

la la le la la la,
la la le la la lo

Over the chimney,
up and down the stairs,
the cat chased the mouse,
with no worries or cares.

da da de da da da,
da da de da da do

Then the cat sat thinking,
about why he can't win.
"I'm just hungry, is that such a sin?"

ha ha he ha ha ha,
ha ha he ha ha ho

Then the mouse finally realised,
the truth about the cat.
"You can't catch me,
your too big and your too fat!"

la la le la la la,
la la le la la lo

The cat then broke down,
and started to cry.
"I just wanted a mouse,
to go with my stir fry!"

ha ha he ha ha ha,
ha ha he ha ha ho

The mouse then said,
"Lets make a truce,
what do you say?"
The cat replied
"Well, okay, I won't
make you my prey."

ba ba be ba ba ba,
ba ba be ba ba bo

So the moral of the story,
as you can see,
The cat and mouse
can indeed live happily.
